Jessica's goal as Clinical Director is to help ASA grow to meet the needs of our community, as well as cultivating a top-tier work environment for employees. She has a demonstrated history of leadership in the pediatric service industry. Her favorite part of her job is seeing all the amazing progress in clients! She has two dogs:  Sadie, and Teddy. She also has fish, a lotof plants, and chickens! When she's not working, she enjoys spending time at home. Jessica currently resides in Columbus, IN.

Shaylee became a Certified Professional Coder in 2020, but she has been in the health care industry in a variety of settings since 2013. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and her 2 huskies, Ruby and Ranger. Some of her favorite things are Target runs, coffee, and anything Disney!
